Agents assemble!
Yes! It's our first ICC meeting of 2015! I can't believe it! On the 18th of January, the various ICC agents stationed all over the country reunited in the Kota Kemuning Headquarters! We warmed up with an energetic and exciting icebreaker led by Speaker Jemima!

In the game, we were divided into two groups: boys and girls. Each team represented an animal; the girls represented eagles, while the boys represented tigers! We were supposed to debate on who is the more powerful animal.

Haha... funny point
Both teams gave very good points on why their animal should be considered more powerful. Personally, I think the eagle is better, hehe, but that's just what I think. After all, I am a girl. :P
Next, Coach Joseph led a discussion on why companies normally fail when they are passed on to the third generation. After a while of discussing, each discussion group sent one person to share what they think. There were many interesting and knowledgeable answers and thoughts concerning the topic.

After the exciting and insightful sharing and discussion, we finally did what we had all been waiting for...(not sure if we were really excited about it)...
Limited Prep!
Now this is when things get serious, people. I must admit that whenever I hear that word, limited prep, it makes me shiver... But after a bit of practice and learning about it, I figured it wasn't as bad as it seemed and was actually pretty fun! So, let's get on to the presentations, shall we?

After the sessions, we went outside and had dinner! We had ordered food from a nearby restaurant. The speakers discussed about the upcoming ICC movie project that will start somewhere in June or July. It was very fun and we got many hilarious and important ideas! Following our scrumptious and delicious dinner, we celebrated Ranen's 12th birthday that was coming in a number of days!
